Overview
Client — Great Place To Work®
The expanding presence of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) at Great Place To Work called for a meaningful visual identity system—one that celebrated their unique voices while remaining connected to the company’s core brand.
We centered the system around two key elements: symbolic textures representing each group’s identity, and a unifying square motif rooted in the brand.
The Solution
Through close collaboration with ERG leaders, we created a flexible logo suite where each mark tells a distinct story—while forming a cohesive system. The result is a scalable, future-ready identity that empowers ERGs show up with purpose and pride.
